VSETT 9 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 9 is the VSETT 9 is their slightly bigger single motor scooter than VSETT 8. VSETT 8. It comes with adjustable suspension and handles that can be collapsed. Revrides Vsett. It comes with a bigger deck and also has the new clamp, which is similar to the ones that you can find on the Rion scooters.
When I first saw the clamp in the VSETT 9 as well as Rion in person, I really preferred the clamp on the VSETT 9 9, 9+, and 10+ more. The Rion clamp is strong but it only had a Velcro strap that was used to secure it. The clamp on VSETT scooters was equally strong as the Rion however, it was equipped with two security features.
It is available in a teal and black color that I’m sure my wife will like because she is a sucker for everything teal. It also locks its own when folded. Hooks used to secure it in place when folded is also used to become a bag hook when the scooter is unfolded.
VSETT 9+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 9+ is very similar to the 9 however it is equipped with two motors instead of a single motor. It comes in the exact colour of the 9. When I first started looking at the VSETT line, I thought I was going to be the most impressed by the 10+. However, the 9+ is what I was most surprised by.
The VSETT 9+ is a dual 650 watt motor scooter, so I didn’t think much of it when looking at it on a specification sheet. But, when I finally got an opportunity to test drive the 9+ I was blown amazed by how swift and smooth the bike is. I was worried that the 10+ would be the first to fly off and leave the 9+ in the dust however, it was capable of keeping up.
I normally gravitate towards the high powered scooters but I could definitely see me having the 9+ for a regular driver. It was fast but lightweight. (lightweight to me , but to some it could weigh 62 pounds.) I learned how to bunny hop the 9+ and you’re able to get tons of air even on flat ground.
VSETT 8 E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8 VSETT 8 is an entry-level and cost-effective scooter of the VSETT line. It is a single motor commuter designed to travel up to 25 miles per hour and get about 25 miles real usage range. It has an adjustable rear shock as well as a the rear tire is solid to avoid flats.
The VSETT 8 offers an adjustable bar height, collapsible handlebars and locking folding mechanism. REV Rides will offer two battery versions of the 8 initially. Two models will have the 15.6 amp hour version using Chinese batteries, and the second version will comprise the one with 21 amps with LG batteries. Revrides Vsett.
With the electric braking front drum brake, rear drum brake and the solid back tire should help to keep maintenance down. It has front and rear swing arm suspension that can be a significant improvement over the smaller spring suspension found included in the ZERO 8
VSETT 8+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
VSETT 8+ VSETT 8+ is pretty similar with the VSETT 8 but it has two motors in addition to two solid tires. It was built to go up higher slopes, have a higher speeds, and does not have flats as compared to the VSETT 8.
VSETT 10+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
The VSETT 10+ is a dual 1400w motor beast. It is available in black and yellow. black and is said to be an upgrade from it’s predecessor, the ZERO 10X. I have seen people refer to it looking like the Bumblebee Transformer. Revrides Vsett.
The VSETT 10+ features hydraulic Nutt brakes which I prefer over the Zoom brakes. It comes with 10 inch tires that measure three inches in width. It has a sturdy clamp that looks similar to the one on it’s RION scooters.
It does have a sport mode button that will only be activated for 2 minutes and then take a 10 minute break. I’ve heard of people complaining about this feature, however I believe it’s a good method to avoid controller damages from overheating.
I am awestruck by the fact I love the fact that VSETT 10+ is able to fold to itself after folding because the ZERO 10X doesn’t make it difficult to transport. The hook used to keep the scooter together also doubles as a hanger for bags or helmets when running into a store.
It comes with an IP44 waterproof rating. Although the scooter does have a water resistant rating but none of the distributors will guarantee the damage caused by water. The 10+ deck is larger than the 10X, so it should be very large.
I saw many photos and videos marketing VSETT 10+. VSETT 10+ with EXA Form 290 shocks. However, after testing the final model I realized that they didn’t come with the EXA Form 290 shock. I was hoping they would have the EXA Form 290 shocks as they are more comfortable.
The good news is that the shocks come in a traditional size, making it easy to find and set up a replacement.
VSETT 11+ E-Scooter Specs and Features
When I see the VSETT 11+ I instantly visualize Captain America. A few people have expressed their disgust for the colors on the VSETT 11+, but I am a fan of the style. I imagine getting dressed up in a Captain America costume and riding the scooter on Halloween.
Well enough about costumes, chances are you were looking for specs. The VSETT 11+ is the top of the line scooter from the VSETT line. It has a gigantic headlight that looks as if it came off of motorcyle.
The VSETT 11+ boasts dual 1500 watt motors, but is an 60V battery. I do wish they would have created this with the 72V battery however I’m betting they’ll launch a 72V version in the future. It has two stems which can be very helpful to ensure stability.
The 11+ comes with 11-inch tires that have a width of 4 inches. It has a sport mode , similar to the 10+ that only lasts 2 minutes , then it shuts off for 10 minutes. It’s the largest scooter of the VSETT range.
I would like to see the 11+ had the same clamp that we are experiencing for the 9+ and the 10+. Instead, we are using the same clamp used in the ZERO 11X. Not sure why they didn’t use the new clamp, but I’d like to see it on future renditions. Revrides Vsett.
