Guide on how to install additional fenders/mudguards on the VDM-10/Ghost electric scooter to protect the suspension from water and road debris.
It was inspired by the post u/SourJam made about installing the same fenders on his Apollo Ghost.

Tools used:
Screwdriver with Allen bits or Allen keys/hex keys
Wrench
Hole puncher
Plastic clamps (to hold the template to the fenders while cutting the holes)

4x M5 2cm Allen screws
4x small washers (on the outside under the 4 Allen screws on the non-calliper side)
8x big washers (on the inside of wheel arms against the plastic fender on both sides)
4x self-locking nuts
(all from A2-70 stainless steel to prevent rust)
Front fender extension:

You can use any other fender for this and cut out the needed piece. This was the cheapest option I found so I went with this brand.
– Zip-ties
Back fender noise reduction:
– Tesa Powerbond Montage Fix double sided mounting tape – outdoor https://www.tesa.com/en/consumer/tesa-powerbond-outdoor.html
– clear spacer CD from a CD cakebox holder (or you can use any other smooth clear bit of plastic)
Template for the fender hole cut-outs:
You can download the fender template I made, select A4 paper and ‘Actual Size’ option in the print settings in Adobe Reader. This should print it in real size and all you have to do is lay it on the fender and cut where indicated. I would recommend you do a template on paper first and test it before cutting the actual fender.

Note: I only used the front fender extension template to line up the holes on the piece I cut off from the Force Tris fender in the video.
